PRÉSENTATION :

Tu es habitué aux concepts Dynamo, CMG ou la Salle de sport à Paris, cette salle devrait te plaire. Ambiance ultra minimaliste et surtout tout le confort pour rendre l’expérience parfaite. Chaussures données à ton arrivée, cassiers, douches et zone « beauté » avec tout le confort (deodorant, laits pour le corps, démaquillants…), serviettes… Petit plus, il y a même un café et espace restauration pour l’after. On retrouve pas mal de ces points dans toutes les salles londoniennes mais Another Space c’est un peu tout ça mais vraiment au top.

Ici tu pourras t’entrainer toute la journée, avant le travail, en pause dej ou le soir. Plusieurs formats de cycling, yoga et HIIT sont proposés et même des sessions spéciales.

COMMENT S’INSCRIRE :

Rendez-vous sur le site. Tu prends tes crédits et tu réserves. La session est au max à 20£ (23€).
Petit plus pour les nouveaux arrivants : 2 crédits + 1 crédit pour un ami sont à 30£ soit 10£ la session au lieu de 20£.

MON AVIS :

J’ai participé aux cours de cycling et j’ai notamment testé les cours à thème « POP ». Pédaler sur Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, Michael Jackson et j’en passe… J’étais littéralement en feu ! J’ai adoré. Après je trouve ce style de salle très rassurant, super pratique car si tu oublies un truc… Il y a tout ! Mais aussi assez aseptisé. Tout est vraiment parfait.
